Summary of Required Hours

The Cloud Technical Certificate focuses on the design, implementation, management and troubleshooting of computing platforms.  Required courses prepare students to acquire, install, configure, upgrade and secure standalone, networked, mobile and cloud-based systems.  Areas of emphasis include major industry cloud service providers. Required courses are A+ Hardware and Software, Windows Service I and cloud Computing.  Certifications applicable to this concentration may include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Cloud+ among others.

All courses taken for credit may be applied toward the Computer Information Technology, A.A.S.
