1Students who seek an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree should take the history sequence required by the senior institution.  For UT system universities, one course in Tennessee History may be substituted for one course in American History.

2

is not currently offered by Cleveland State.  This course may be taken off-campus or through TN eCampus.

Students are encouraged to take two courses, Circuits II and Digital Design, before transferring to a university. These courses are not offered by Cleveland State.

Courses in engineering technology do not fulfill any of the requirements for the Electrical Engineering Emphasis: University Parallel, A.S. (TTP).

Although it is possible to complete the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in four semesters after earning the associate’s degree, students typically need five or six semesters to complete requirements.
