CHET 2320 - Process Control Instrumentation II3 credit(s)
Capstone course designed to integrate the student’s knowledge of chemical plant process. Continuation of the principles of process control and the functions of instruments used to monitor and control chemical processes; course focuses on developing various troubleshooting methods, emphasizing instrumental methods. A cooperative education arrangement or OJT within the process control discipline will be required to successfully complete this course (pilot plant or plant specific).
