CITC 2329 - Routing and Switching I

 This course introduces students to the networking field of standard routing utilizing industry standard technology and hardware. Topics include Network terminology, Network protocols, Local-area networks (LANs), Wide-area networks (WANs), Open System Interconnection (OSI) model, Cabling, Routers, Internet Protocol (IP) addressing, and Network standards. Three hours lecture per week. (Prerequisite(s): CITC 1302.) F
