Summary of Required Hours

The Audio Production Emphasis of the University Parallel, A.S. provides students with a strong foundation for music careers in business and industry.  The curriculum is designed to provide students with the specialized knowledge, skills and hands-on experience needed by modern creative professionals.  The curriculum emphasizes the use of industry standard technology to help students plan, analyze and create music and sound productions.  This program is applicable to students interested in working in the recording industry, the movie industry, television, radio, churches, podcasts or live music performance.
