COMM 273 - Live Sound Recording and Reinforcement3 credit(s)
This course provides instruction in live sound recording and reinforcement including further development of audio principles introduced in COMM/MUS 270 and COMM/MUS 271 as applied to live sound. It includes instruction on load-in, setup, test, trouble-shoot, operate, tear-down, and load-out of state-of-the-art Live Sound Reinforcement system. It also includes applied training by supporting the Visual and Performing Arts, the Music, Theatre, and Audio Visual departments. (Prerequisite(s): COMM/MUS 271.) F
