The Computers and Information Systems Concentration in the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business prepares students for positions in the business environment through the use of various systems, applications, languages and products. The program consists of a common core of General Education and Computer Information Technology major core courses.
This is an occupational program designed to equip students for employment. This program is not a transfer program, although many institutions accept all or part of the coursework toward the bachelor’s degree.
Summary of Required Hours
1In consultation with academic advisor, students may select elective that meets career/college degree requirements (ACCT, ADMN, BUSN, CITC, CPED, CULN, ENTR, INFS, LOGI)
2In consultation with academic advisor, students may select appropriate Humanities/Fine Arts and Social/Behavioral Sciences Electives.
