Health Care Management Concentration: Business, A.A.S.


The A.A.S. degree in Business, with a concentration in Healthcare Management, is designed for the individual who plans to become an employee in a nursing home, hospital, clinic or a home health care agency.

This is an occupational program designed to equip students for employment. This program is not a transfer program, although many institutions accept all or part of the course work toward the bachelor’s degree.

2Cooperative Education placements in the healthcare field must be pre-arranged with the Cooperative Education Office before students can enroll in the course. The academic advisor will help determine when the student is prepared for his/her internship.
