An introduction to the core concepts that provide the basis for knowledge, skills and attitudes that emphasize fundamental principles necessary to provide safe nursing care for individuals with basic alterations in homeostasis and health. Additional fee: $25 per credit hour. Four hours lecture and three hours lab per week. (Prerequisite(s): Program admission.) F,S
