MATH 1510 - Introductory Statistics3 credits
Statistics for business, education, nursing and other disciplines, data types, sampling methods, qualitative and quantitative methods, regression and correlation, measures of central tendency and variability, estimation, probability, permutations and combinations, binomial distribution, confidence intervals, standard normal distribution, hypothesis testing for population mean and proportion, analysis of variance, solving applications.
