CIT 1602 - IT Support Functions3 credits
The student will install, upgrade, repair, configure, optimize, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on basic personal computer hardware and operating systems. Topics to be mastered include how to support PC hardware and software in a business setting, including installation, troubleshooting and component replacement. This course prepares the student to take the CompTIA A+ 220-602 Exam. Three hours per week. F
