Bankruptcy procedure including initial filing, meetings of creditors, adversarial proceedings and the final discharge hearing; operation of the automatic stay; adequate protection; conformation of a Chapter 13 Plan; Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings: debtor’s obligations and rights; secured and unsecured creditors priorities, preferences, fraudulent transfers.
